I bought this along with the French Vanilla meal replacement powder. I only used 1 of the 2 recommended scoops. I have been using this product solely for the past month with no working out and [almost] proper eating habits. A meal under a 1000 calories and snacking to a minimum.
Lex –
I really like this powder in conjunction with the Meal Replacement Powder, and some powdered peanut butter for taste. My trainer recommended it for 2 meals a day when I’m trying to shed some weight, and it does work. It’s just hard for my to only have shakes for 2 meals a day every day **blushes** so I’m not consistent with it, but as far as protein powders go, this stuff tastes the BEST of any out there, and Amazon has the best prices for this brand.

I normally use the TIU protein, however, a family member suggested that I try this one out and I was pleasantly surprised. Most proteins have that taste where you can definitely tell that it’s a protein supplement, yet this one didn’t. I could add it to my oatmeal in the mornings for breakfast and it would actually taste good, and I would add it to my cashew milk quite a bit and found that it went well with that too. I even added it to my coffee-I would put cashew milk and protein in my coffee, and I found that that combination wasn’t bad either. Definitely one of the better proteins that’s out there on the market.
